An informed source told Radio Ozodi that Shokhrukh Saidzoda was appointed head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe, and Barotali Khamidzoda, who held this post, was appointed head of the UOP of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. “Today, Saidzoda will be introduced to the personnel of the capital’s police department,” the source said.
It is not yet known what positions will be appointed to the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sogli region Abdullo Navjuvonov, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rasht group of districts Bakhodur Vakhobzoda and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Khatlon region Faizullo Nozimzoda.

“There are a lot of complaints to the prosecutor’s office against the criminal investigation officers, but neither the Ministry of Internal Affairs nor the prosecutor’s office check them, as they know that Shokhrukh is a friend of Rustam,” says the interlocutor of Radio Ozodi.
