Cycling charity Bike For Good seeks immediate funding

Glasgow based cycling charity Bike For Good faces a immediate funding crisis. “We need £15,000 by the end of January to survive the winter and keep our communities cycling.” says Gregory Kinsman-Chauvet, Founder and Cycling Enthusiast Officer (CEO) at Bike for Good.

The charity exists to teach cycle mechanic skills, provide cycle training, sell and service refurbished bikes, and deliver community programmes. The finding crisis directly impacts capability to deliver it work, and finds the organisation under critical threat as its cash flow is plummeting, and its reserves are at an all-time low.

As a result, the charity has launched a £15 000 Crowdfunder campaign, raising funding which will be used to cover those extra costs, keep going through the winter in 2023!

“At Bike for Good, we believe in a world where cycling is the norm. We’ve helped thousands of people cycle in and around Glasgow in twelve years. Due to the cost of living crisis, our charity is in grave danger. Please help your community; please donate today,”

Help Bike for Good survive the winter” offers donor rewards, ranging from £5 to £600. Donors receive a variety of cycling services/products the charity currently offers. For larger donations – £500, £750 or £1,000 – the charity has 3 exclusive ‘Donor of the Year’ Awards.
