DHAKA, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) — People in the old part of Bangladeshi capital Dhaka celebrated Sakrain festival, also known as Ghuri Utsob or kite festival, on Saturday.
The festival is celebrated every year at the end of Poush, the ninth month of the Bengali calendar (Jan. 14 or Jan. 15 in Gregorian calendar).
